Bridging the Gap
At my entrepreneurial venture, I bridged the gap between client vision and reality. Responding to RFPs, I translated needs into actionable plans. The true challenge, however, was transforming them into functional, yet limited-scope apps and games within tight budgets. So much over-selling at first!
A shared vision
This required deep understanding of the client's core vision and the creativity to find innovative, value-driven solutions. Prioritisation, streamlined development pipelines, and strategic use of freelance talent were crucial for success.
Delivering Results:
Crafting budget-friendly apps and games was a cornerstone of Luna Studios. My experience fostered resourcefulness in developing commercially viable solutions that met client expectations. Launching my Studio and Securing Clients
In 2018, an exciting opportunity emerged when a contact requested a proposal for an educational entertainment (edutainment) quiz game. Recognising the potential, I assembled a small development team (just three of us!) and established my own studio. Our dedication paid off as we successfully launched the title, generating significant interest and paving the way for future projects.

This experience showcased my entrepreneurial spirit and ability to:
Identify Business Opportunities: I recognised the potential within the edutainment market and acted upon it.
Build a Team: I assembled a team with the necessary skillsets to bring the project to fruition.
Deliver Results: We successfully launched the game, exceeding expectations and attracting new clients.
Following this success, I secured contracts with prominent clients such as Disney LATAM, Argentina's Official Airport, and various local edutainment companies, demonstrating my versatility and expertise in this growing market.
